C-Crew is USTMA's competition team and is comprised of selected USTMA Tae Kwon Do students. C-Crew is led by Master John Choi, a 5th Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do.

One of the largest competition teams in Northern Virginia, C-Crew consistently dominates at local and regional tournaments. 2007 was a record year for the team, coming home with over 40 Virginia State Champions. Many of those athletes will go on to compete in the USAT Senior National & Junior Olympic Championships.

2009 was a phenomenal year for USTMA's Competition Teams. In July 2009, USTMA returned from the Junior Olympics in Austin, TX with 13 medals.

This year USTMA's team of 9 students returned from Orlando, FL with 6 medals in forms, board breaking and sparring.

Additional training requirements are mandatory for team membership. Candidates for C-Crew are evaluated and selected by Master John.

Students must meet physical fitness requirements and show successful academic achievement by maintaining a "B" average to be considered for team membership.
